Respect to senior citizen and support to helpless older person is also a focus of social issues with the ideology of Banabasi. An old age home (Zara Nivas) support by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, GOI is running at Baliguda in Kandhamal District. This home providing free food, cloth, medicine, soap, health care and outing facilities for 25 nos. of helpless older persons since 15 years.
